Passionate about gastronomy, Olivier Soria trained at the Ferrandi School in France, and continued to enrich his knowledge and techniques thanks to his many trips around the world (Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, North America…) where he worked.

Over the past few years, Olivier Soria has decided to leave his suitcases in Montreal and settle with his family in the beautiful neighbourhood of Rosemont-Petite-Patrie.
It is now with his Catering Grocery Panier Gourmand located on the Plazza Saint-Hubert that he wishes to transmit to you his discoveries, his taste of pleasure and gourmet emotions.
